In the event that party rental items are damaged or stained during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will assess the extent of the damage or staining, and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage and stains. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.

Yes, you can make additions or substitution up to 2 days prior to your party rental order delivery, subject to item availability and restocking fee of 15%. If you realize you need additional items or want to substitute your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your needs. We're here to help you create the perfect event setup.

A non-refundable 10% down payment will be required on bookings. The remainder amount will be charged to the card on file or collected in cash upon return of rental items.

Any cancellations will follow the charge fee structure below.

We do not refund for inclement weather, this is the responsibility of the renter to choose an adequate day for your event. If weather is severe and not safe of any items to be delivered or setup, we can have a conversation about rescheduling but these will be subject to availability since these items might already been scheduled out. so lets just keep an eye out the weather app.
